Finally Fall

September 15 and it feels like Fall.

It is still smoky, and the beginning of this week was the worst smoke of the summer and the heaviest I’ve seen in 29 summers in Northwest Montana!

All of us have been mostly inside. The smoke was heavy enough to make Emmett sneeze, me cough and wheeze and Oscar did not go outside at all.

Yesterday afternoon, it started clearing a bit and today was very much better – HURRAH!

It made me feel like recording a bit of the morning:

Short and serene … enjoy!

That was really good. So nice to see your everyday life and the boys being such good friends. Your breakfast made my mouth water.
I had an accident on 1 August and spent six weeks lying on my bed with a broken pelvis, collarbone and a wound in my leg with 25 stitches. I’m up now but moving around is still difficult and I don’t want to attempt the two flights of stairs to go out yet so a glimpse of a new place and the outdoors is something special.

Good to hear that you are at least able to get up but hope things heal completely ASAP!!

I am glad you enjoyed the video. It was fun to put together. I have some time off regular work so am able to spend some time on the video learning!

This is a great video of your wonderful and peaceful life. You and your boys are blessed to reside in the beauty of Montana. Of course, I think my state of Tennessee is special also. Thank you so much for sharing a snippet of your life.

      Thank you, Martha!

I am very grateful for everything that has allowed me to choose where to live. And also grateful that I recognized that I wanted a simple life … many years ago. My heart is definitely in the West-Northwest … Northern Rockies!

I am glad you live in a place that is special to you!

This is beautiful –all of it. Very meditative. Your video has once again passed the test of my sensitive vestibular system with not one problem.
I’d like to send Margaret get well wishes in her recovery. I had a fractured collarbone a few years ago and it is no picnic.

Thank you, Steph! I’ll put a warning in the posts if there is anything crazy. I have a new 360 camera …

If you look via YouTube, check description first although I will probably put a “360” blurb on the video thumbnail.
