A cool breeze ruffled the water of Flathead Lake as Karl and I enjoyed a walk on the rocky outcroppings in Wayfarer&#8217;s Park near Bigfork.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"Large\" href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Aug10\/BDay3298.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center-noborder\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Aug10\/BDay3298W.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" alt=\"\" height=\"450\" style=\"width: 650px; height: 450px\" title=\"\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The cloudless sky does not provide a dramatic background for a photo so you will have to use your imagination to picture a gorgeous, cool morning&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"Large\" href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Aug10\/BDay3302.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center-noborder\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Aug10\/BDay3302W.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" alt=\"\" height=\"450\" style=\"width: 650px; height: 450px\" title=\"\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>No one else on our path so we dawdled and enjoyed this continued respite from Summer.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"Large\" href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Aug10\/BDay3309.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center-noborder\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Aug10\/BDay3309W.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" alt=\"\" height=\"625\" style=\"width: 650px; height: 625px\" title=\"\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And then&#8230;and THEN!!! &#8211; in honor of almost birthday&#8230;a blueberry-lemon &#8220;mimosa&#8221; &#8211; on the Front Porch.  A big shout out and hurrah for Yellow Tail winery in Australia (HEY, Wendy!) &#8211; the YT sparkling wine is wonderful!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center-noborder\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Mar09\/Spacer65050.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" alt=\"\" height=\"50\" style=\"width: 650px; height: 50px\" title=\"\"\/><br \/>\n***Blueberry-lemon mimosa&#8230; I combined fresh blueberries, fresh lemon juice and a bit of lemon pulp with water (in my Vita-Mix super blender) to make a blueberry-lemon juice which I spiked with the Yellow Tail sparkling white wine.
