{"id":5438,"date":"2010-07-06T07:29:29","date_gmt":"2010-07-06T13:29:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fromthefrontporch.com\/WPBlog\/?p=5438"},"modified":"2023-09-18T10:54:12","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T17:54:12","slug":"one-day-in-july","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.beardogco.com\/theroadhome\/2010\/07\/one-day-in-july\/","title":{"rendered":"One day in July"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday started cold, damp and dreary.<\/p>\n<p>That required a fire&#8230;in the woodstove&#8230;in July!!<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"Large\" href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jul10\/After4th2195.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center-noborder\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jul10\/After4th2195W.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" alt=\"\" height=\"450\" style=\"width: 650px; height: 450px\" title=\"\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I believe the cozy fire went a long way towards Bob forgiving the indigities he suffered while I was trying to get a 4th of July photo (see yesterday&#8217;s post&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"Large\" href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jul10\/After4th2191.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center-noborder\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jul10\/After4th2191W.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" alt=\"\" height=\"450\" style=\"width: 650px; height: 450px\" title=\"\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It was a lazy day all around as short squalls alternated with brilliant sunshine and blue sky.  You can see a bit of a shadow behind the big chair&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"Large\" href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jul10\/After4th2200.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center-noborder\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jul10\/After4th2200W.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" alt=\"\" height=\"500\" style=\"width: 650px; height: 500px\" title=\"\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Some of the squalls were accompanied by thunder&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"Large\" href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jul10\/After4th2209.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center-noborder\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jul10\/After4th2209W.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" alt=\"\" height=\"550\" style=\"width: 650px; height: 550px\" title=\"\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>But then&#8230;..!!! &#8211; A rainbow.
