{"id":4007,"date":"2009-10-28T06:30:56","date_gmt":"2009-10-28T12:30:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fromthefrontporch.com\/WPBlog\/?p=4007"},"modified":"2023-09-18T11:16:34","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T18:16:34","slug":"home-again-home-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.beardogco.com\/theroadhome\/2009\/10\/home-again-home-again\/","title":{"rendered":"Home again, home again"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a target=\"Large\" href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Oct09\/HomeA.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Oct09\/HomeA.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" alt=\"\" height=\"427\" style=\"width: 640px; height: 427px\" title=\"\" class=\"center\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Karl and I rolled in the driveway about 1:30 yesterday afternoon, making the trip almost exactly 30 hours in duration&#8230;we do nothing by halves :)!<\/p>\n<p>A dusting of snow made it a pretty homecoming.<\/p>\n<p>Wild Thing is snug in her spot, full of propane and fuel &#8211; I hope to get in another trip before too long &#8211; maybe further than 35 miles away!<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"Large\" href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Oct09\/HomeB500542.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Oct09\/HomeB500542.jpg\" hspace=\"5\" alt=\"\" height=\"542\" style=\"width: 500px; height: 542px\" title=\"\" class=\"center\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bob expressed both his displeasure at having been left and his happiness that we were home.  He has never held a grudge for long but he does a great pout.
