{"id":25,"date":"2007-07-05T05:31:49","date_gmt":"2007-07-05T12:31:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fromthefrontporch.com\/WPBlog\/?p=25"},"modified":"2023-09-18T12:21:10","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T19:21:10","slug":"wy-to-mt-hopefully","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.beardogco.com\/theroadhome\/2007\/07\/wy-to-mt-hopefully\/","title":{"rendered":"WY to MT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A beautiful morning here in Douglas &#8211; mid 60 but warming up &#8211; heat all over today and tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>We got through the 4th better than we have in years!\u00a0 No fireworks in the RV park, a short lived thunderstorm early evening and whatever was done in town re fireworks could not be heard in the motorhome.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Still no hydraulics &#8211; still can&#8217;t find any fuses for the hydraulic system despite responses from rv.net and Virginia RV friend, Al Smith&#8230;\u00a0\u00a0 I crawled around again this morning in the cool &#8211; no joy&#8230;\u00a0 So, will breakfast, shower and go and hopefully talk to a Winnebago shop later.<\/p>\n<p>Arrived in Columbus, MT at 3:45 &#8211; plugged in&#8230; I have some info from the Winne dealer re fuse location and will take another look as soon as I cool off.\u00a0 I am close enough that I could get home tomorrow if no glitches&#8230;\u00a0 photo(s) later.<\/p>\n<p>Found the inline fuses but they were all ok &#8211; reinserted but no go.\u00a0 It is 97 so leaving things alone until I get home.\u00a0 I am 408 miles from home &#8211; will leave at first light and see how it goes, if I get tired I&#8217;ll stop.\u00a0 We are listing a bit to starboard but not too much for frig or us.\u00a0 Good to be in MT!<\/p>\n<p>Oh &#8211; have wine!!! stopped at Billings campground &#8211; they were full but their store had White Truck &#8211; yeah!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"center\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/MT320202.jpg\" hspace=\"10\" alt=\"MT Sign\" height=\"202\" style=\"width: 320px; height: 202px\" title=\"MT Sign\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A beautiful morning here in Douglas &#8211; mid 60 but warming up &#8211; heat all over today and tomorrow.
