Boc Choy, Kale, Arugula, Spinach, Pea shoots, Radishes. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/May17\/Friday6662.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/May17\/Friday6662.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The spinach is an overwintered variety specifically grown for an early spring harvest.  The leaves are huge and the note accompanying my box notes that it is sweet, tender and does not cook down as much as &#8220;regular&#8221; spinach.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/May17\/Friday6667.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/May17\/Friday6667.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is Friday morning &#8230; an early planning session for how to enjoy those gorgeous vegetables.
