{"id":17296,"date":"2017-01-10T21:39:03","date_gmt":"2017-01-11T03:39:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.beardogco.com\/theroadhome\/?p=17296"},"modified":"2017-01-10T21:39:03","modified_gmt":"2017-01-11T03:39:03","slug":"more-snow-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.beardogco.com\/theroadhome\/2017\/01\/more-snow-2\/","title":{"rendered":"More snow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sunday night and Monday morning it snowed to the tune of 10 inches of fresh, powdery snow.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/Snow5970.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/Snow5970.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The big &#8216;shoes came out to make plenty of walk paths for Bear, Auggie and me &#8230; and because I LOVE to snowshoe!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/Snow5974.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/Snow5974.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Auggie uses the paths, but also the snowless bits around the house and garage.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/Snow5980.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/Snow5980.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bear used a path out to Beardog Point.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/Snow5984.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/Snow5984.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I also stomped down an area for the Beardog watch.<\/p>\n<p>It has been a busy couple of days clearing snow, making the paths and generally enjoying the new snow.  Temperatures have been warmer &#8230; in the mid-20&#8217;s F daytime.  <\/p>\n<p>Another arctic front has hit this evening and we are to be very cold again until the weekend.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/MoonSnow5988.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/MoonSnow5988.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>St. Nick has come and gone, but even through clouds, the nearly full moon &#8220;on the breast of the new fallen snow, gave a luster of midday to objects below&#8221;!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/MoonSnow5987.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Jan17\/MoonSnow5987.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunday night and Monday morning it snowed to the tune of 10 inches of fresh, powdery snow.
