There is no benefit in worrying whatsoever.<\/em> &#8211; His Holiness The Dalai Lama XIV\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>One of the things that helps me most with the above quote is that somewhere I saw (and heard) a video of His Holiness The Dalai Lama XIV saying the words.  His calm and peaceful spirit shines through those words and I hear his voice speaking them whenever I read the quote to myself.  I have the words at the top of the spreadsheet I use for my daily time and task tracking so I see it often through my work days.<\/p>\n<p>And then, to help, when despite those words, worry about something threatens to overwhelm&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable &#8211; if anything is excellent or praiseworthy &#8211; think about such things.
