{"id":16506,"date":"2015-11-29T19:42:33","date_gmt":"2015-11-30T01:42:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/theroadhome\/?p=16506"},"modified":"2015-11-29T19:42:33","modified_gmt":"2015-11-30T01:42:33","slug":"holiday-weekend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.beardogco.com\/theroadhome\/2015\/11\/holiday-weekend\/","title":{"rendered":"Holiday Weekend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The four day weekend whizzed by and here we are at Sunday evening before &#8220;back to work&#8221; Monday morning&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Nov15\/End2995.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Nov15\/End2995.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Snow.  My &#8220;Let it snow&#8221; did not come to fruition.  That snowflake is maybe 1\/4 the size of my fingernail &#8230; on my little finger.  It is perfect and beautiful and tiny. The snowflake is on Bear &#8211; he stood patiently as asked while I got the camera and took some photos.  There were light &#8211; VERY light &#8211; flurries off and on and I happened to notice several perfect flakes that were supported on Bear&#8217;s outer coat.  <\/p>\n<p>The cloud deck is low and solid:  inversion.  Under the deck it is staying nearly a constant 18-20F and the relative humidity is high making it feel very cold.<\/p>\n<p>But inside with a fire in the woodstove and things in the oven and on the stove, it has been warm and cozy.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Nov15\/End3003.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Nov15\/End3003.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sourdough English muffin.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Nov15\/End3010.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Nov15\/End3010.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nooks.  Crannies.
