On returning home, Bear hit the side yard.<\/p>\n I missed the photo, but he had a nice roll on the stiff, brown (un-watered) grass.<\/p>\n And then the start of a nap.<\/p>\n But, the yellow jackets.<\/p>\n And the heat.<\/p>\n He came inside.<\/p>\n Meanwhile…<\/p>\n I chopped herbies…<\/p>\n For a chicken dish I’ve had my eye on.<\/p>\n BUT.<\/p>\n After I had the chicken marinating in the herbs and olive oil and lemon juice and garlic…<\/p>\n I went to the bedroom for something…<\/p>\n Bear was sound asleep.<\/p>\n I was dragging.<\/p>\n I put the marinating chicken in the refrigerator and then crawled into bed.<\/p>\n Bear stayed.<\/p>\n This was 1:00 ish p.m.<\/p>\n I came to at 4:55 p.m.<\/p>\n Bear was in the same spot.<\/p>\n Yep…we HIT the wall. I guess we needed it. Funny that it was both of us.<\/p>\n After the prolonged nap, we got up.<\/p>\n Had a good long walk.<\/p>\n I fixed a burger dinner for Bear.<\/p>\n I fixed a pancake dinner for me.<\/p>\n Another long walk.<\/p>\n We went to bed.<\/p>\n 8:30 p.m.<\/p>\n Sunday.<\/p>\n A Fried Egg sandwich extraordinare for breakfast.<\/p>\n I finally cooked the marinating chicken… oh-la-la to the MAX!
