I had made one pizza crust and the rest had been in the crock for a week, souring nicely.<\/p>\n<p>It was a perfect blend and age to make a nice boule in my little (3 quart) dutch oven.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Feb13\/CrustyBread9905.jpg\" target=\"Large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/beardogco.com\/WPBlog\/blogimages\/Feb13\/CrustyBread9905.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My bread&#8230;today&#8230;my daily bread.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Not actually daily.
